RIACS Sr. Scientist, Kai Goebel, Receives "Andrew P. Sage - Best Transactions Paper" Award

This award recognizes authors of the best paper published annually in the IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics (SMC). The paper titled: "Evolutionary Design and Optimization of Aircraft Engine Controllers" is co-authored by Kai Goebel, Raj Subbu, and Dean Frederick. Each author will receive a plaque or certificate and $500 to commemorate this award.
